Fortress Fight Rules

§1 Start of season (Round 1)

  1. Alliances leadership ranked 1-4 choose one facility; subsequently, the other alliances may challenge a facility.
  2. Alliances leadership ranked 1-12 choose one bunker; subsequently, the other alliances may challenge a bunker.
  3. Die Top 4 Allianzen können sich für die gesamte Saison registrieren. Weiteres siehe §4.

§2 Building maximum (Round 2+)

  1. Alliances ranked 1-3 may claim 1 facility and max 2 bunkers.
  2. Alliances ranked 4+ may claim 1 facility and max 1 bunker. One additional bunker and, if no facility is claimed, one facility may be challenged if claimed by a higher ranked alliance.
  3. After all facilities and bunkers are awarded, other alliances can challenge the claiming alliances.

§3 Ranking

  1. The Fortress Admin takes the ranking from the “Alliance Power State Leaderboard” when he/she opens the registration on Discord; TOP 10 is sufficient. This ranking is valid for the entire registration period regardless of any changes.
  2. The ranking at the beginning of the fight is valid for the first capture rule. If the ranking changes between registration and the fight, the higher-ranked alliance is obliged to inform the opponent in time before the fight.

§4 Registration

  1. Claiming facilities/bunkers, as well as challenging higher-ranking alliances, must be logged into the “weekly-bunker-shedule” channel from the State 111 Discord.
  2. The alliances claim according to ranking [see §3(1)] one after the other; challenging a higher ranking alliance is allowed in this step. If an alliance does not respond after a reasonable waiting period (maximum 24 hours), it is skipped; the skipped alliance may catch up on its claim at any time, considering §5(3). Once all buildings are claimed, additional alliances may challenge higher ranked alliances, regardless of rank order.
  3. Registration begins when the Fortress Admin opens it, but no later than Wednesday 0:00UTC.
  4. Registration formally ends on Thursday at 23:59UTC. In justified exceptional cases, the Fortress Admin may allow registration at a later time; but not later than Friday 2:00UTC. Eventual involved alliances have to be informed immediately.
  5. If bunkers are unclaimed 12 hours before the end of registration, proceeding by rank order [see subparagraph 2] will be waived for those bunkers; it is:first come, first served.

§5 Challenge

  1. ) When an alliance is challenged, the higher ranked alliance gets the first capture.
  2. At least 5 settlements from the challenging alliance must participate in the fight; the challenger is always the alliance that had the lower rank during registration. Otherwise, this is considered “rogue play” to steal the first capture.
  3. Challenging lower rank alliances is not allowed.

§6 Punishment

  1. If someone steals the first capture (rushes into the facility/bunker first; regardless of whether speed ups were used or not), they are considered a Griefer. The alliance that was robbed, has the right to attack the settlement; attack restrictions are rescinded for this action.
  2. If a challenging alliance with less than 5 settlements participates in the fortress fight, that alliance is considered a Griefer alliance and the settlements located at the bunker may be attacked; attack restrictions are rescinded for this action.
